Biodun Oluwa is an experienced legal practitioner with experience spanning over 21 years. He worked as State Counsel to the Ministry of Justice, Benue State, and counsel in J. Agbo-Madaki & Co., M. Bassey & Associates and K.O. Tinubu & Co., where he is currently the Managing Partner.

Over the years, Biodun has acquired vast experience in areas of litigation, intellectual property, particularly registration of trademarks and commercial law practice involving company activities, mergers, acquisitions, rights issues, disputes over ownership of shares and equity of corporations, land disputes, as well, disputes concerning chieftaincy matters.

Biodun previously worked as a member of the Lekki Free Trade Zone Implementation Committee and served as Chairman of the legal sub-committee, Company Secretary of the Lekki Free Trade Zone Development Company, Director and Company Secretary for Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited and Chairman of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency.

Biodun holds a Bachelor’s and Master of law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991.
