The PG Capital Real Estate Investment Fund is conceived as a closed-ended fund that will invest directly in commercial and residential real estate properties across Africa with a particular focus on Nigeria (the “Target Region”). The Fund aims to provide investors with exposure to a diverse portfolio of real estate assets and businesses that will provide stable cash distributions with the potential for sustainable growth in Net asset Value.

The Fund gains value mostly through the appreciation of the assets and businesses invested in and as a result, is tailored to investors with an appetite for long-tenured investments, who would not ordinarily have access to high-quality returns from a diversified portfolio of capital-intensive real estate assets.

The Fund will invest in well-structured, real estate assets or portfolios in the following sectors and businesses: Office, Retail, Industrial, Student Accommodation, Residential and Specialist Areas (Specialist Real Estate sub-segments such as Healthcare, Education, Co-Working Spaces, etc.). In addition to real estate assets and businesses, the Fund can also invest directly in Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) created to facilitate such investments.

The Fund is denominated in Naira (₦) and capitalized with up to ₦100 billion.
